Once a month, join me for a live drop-in meditation that returns the divine feminine to where she has always lived: in the body, in the breath, in the listening itself.
During the session I’ll guide my signature practice — Amplification Meditation — drawn from my book Embodying the Goddess and my decades of study in non-dual Tantra and yoga therapy.
Where so much of modern spirituality tells you to let it go, rise above, and reach for the light, this practice does the opposite. We turn toward what's actually here and make it bigger: the sensation, the feeling, the full complexity of a life.
This hour is about curiosity and reverence, met as a practice rather than an idea.
Even first-timers tend to be surprised by how far it takes them.
Each hour together includes:
A 15–20 minute guided Amplification Meditation to settle into the body and the present moment
A reflective writing prompt for your own listening
An virtual circle to share, process, and ask questions before we close
Bring a journal, a pen, and an open heart. Newcomers and longtime practitioners are equally welcome.
Live on Zoom. Sessions are not recorded — this is a live, in-the-room experience, so save your seat and mark the date.
